I grew up in the local village of Harbury and have always lived locally going to school in Harbury & Southam.
I initially entered engineering at Rover Group but then moved across to Financial Services in 1989 as I wanted to ultimately run my own business. The major leap forward was purchasing our own offices in 2004 which has given the business a permanent base and pleasant, professional working environment in which to thrive.

I was educated at Bablake School in Coventry and went on to study at Nottingham University coming out with a law degree. Having no interest in law I joined Barclays Wholesale Chemist as a trainee in 1976 rising to Branch Manager in Blackpool in 1978 and then promoted to General Manager of the North London Depot in May 1979. I left the company in 1982 to travel the States for a year taking in Bermuda, the Caribbean and Puerto Rico.
On my return to the UK in 1983 I went into financial services and have been in the industry ever since; specialising in pension and investment advice.
My outside interests include most sport especially rugby and cricket, walking, reading and music and I still live locally in Coventry.

I joined Leam Financial Services in 2021 after completing my education, specialising in mortgages and protection.
Being a mortgage adviser I work to get my clients the best deal for their circumstances. We tailor every solution and recommendation to the individual clients needs and wants, taking time to understand that no two clients are the same.
My outside interests include cars which I find myself working on in my free time and boxing, being a fully licensed coach as well as being carded.

I joined Leam Financial Services in October 2024. I am an experienced professional with a strong background in both the private and public sectors. I spent 12 years with Santander, where I successfully managed multiple branches across Leicestershire.

After my time at Santander, I transitioned to the public sector as a Customer Service Team Leader for Warwick District Council, seeking new challenges. During this period, I pursued my qualifications to become a Financial Adviser, achieving my Diploma in August 2023.

Outside of my professional career, I am a keen Powerlifter, I competed at national and international levels competitions have also managed to win two World Powerlifting titles.

I have worked at Leam Financial Services for over 19 years and in this time I have gained a wealth of both knowledge and experience within the mortgage industry. My role is to process mortgages from application to completion and to liaise with clients, lenders, estate agents, accountants and solicitors to ensure a quick completion. I also deal with buildings and contents insurance for new and existing clients. My role is to also support the advisers where needed so they can concentrate on providing on-going face to face advice to our clients.

I began my role at Leam Financial Services in 2023, after attending Nottingham Trent University where I studied Fine Art. Transitioning to a career in finance has allowed me to apply my analytical skills and creativity in a new and fulfilling way.
As a paraplanner, my responsibilities include writing detailed reports, completing cashflow planning, and collating investment policy information. I am dedicated to providing comprehensive support to our advisers, helping clients achieve their financial goals with confidence.
In my free time, I enjoy painting and reading, and I am committed to continually developing my knowledge in the finance industry.

I have a BSc in Biochemistry, BSc in Financial Services along with Associate from Chartered Institute of Banking. I have worked in the Financial Services industry for many years working for Bank of Nova Scotia in Canada followed by HSBC in the UK and at present with Leam Financial Services. This has given me a wide range of experience as I have worked with both personal and business clients.
My role with Leam Financial Services is to assist with research for Pensions and Investments by liaising with the clients current providers and using various analysis tools. I am also involved in the preparation of protection quotes and the analysis of existing protection policies.
